We take the safeguarding of children, young people, victims of domestic abuse and vulnerable adults very seriously.
We are committed to the care and flourishing of all children and adults. We work hard to ensure that we operate in line with best practice.
Any allegation or concern of the abuse of a child or vulnerable adult must be treated seriously and reported as soon as possible. A concern can arise when you observe or suspect abusive behaviour, when an allegation is made or disclosed, or where there are indicators (signs and symptoms) of suspected abuse on the victim.
If anyone is in immediate danger, please call the police on 999 straightaway.
If you have any concerns about the wellbeing of a child or vulnerable adult, or if you are concerned that something at church is not right, please contact Safeguarding Lead, Martha Sercombe, or our Safeguarding Officer, Ann Baynham.
