Church Family

Our church started in the 1970’s under the leadership of Rev. David Norman Jones. Many of the original members have since gone, but some are still playing an active role in the life of the church. We are still committed to the original vision of spreading the good news of Jesus to our community.

We are a diverse and happy blend of people – a family – from those in a car seat to those with a bus pass. As a membership we are committed to God, his message and one another. We may differ from each other in age, background, personality and interests, but we unite together around the historic truth of the Christian faith.

Around  40 of us meet each week on Sundays as well as in the week. We meet to worship and praise God. We do that as we hear the Bible explained, sing songs of praise, pray, remind ourselves of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and encourage one another.

We are a very warm and welcoming group, always glad to meet visitors or catch up up with old friends who drop in. If you come along, be assured of a welcome and an invitation for a meal if you’d like.
